Process

Tubing
Welded pipes are made from band shaped steels.

Drawing
Welded pipes are deformed into a appropriate diameter by cold-drawing.

Annealing 
Welded or Drawn pipes are annealed in a furnace.

Straightening
Welded, drawn or annealed pipes are straightened.

Cutting 
Straighened pipes are cut into specificated sizes.

Secondary working
 Cut pipes are worked precisely according to the specifications.

Inspecting
Pipes are strictly inspected their surface conditions, sizes and mechanical properties.

Shipping
Procucts passing the final inspection are shipped to the customers.
